Local Pickup
Local pickup is available for eligible orders.
Pickup is available by appointment only during the following hours:
- Saturday – Sunday: 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Customers must contact us via email or phone to schedule a pickup time after placing an order.
Pickup location details will be provided after order confirmation.
Local Delivery
Local delivery is available for select items and orders within our service area.
Deliveries are made only on:
- Thursday – Sunday
Delivery times are scheduled directly with the customer. We will contact you using the email or phone number provided at checkout to arrange delivery.
Customers are responsible for ensuring availability during scheduled delivery windows.
Shipping (When Available)
When shipping is available, orders are processed within 5 business days.
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on carrier delays or external factors.
We are not responsible for delays once the package has been handed over to the shipping carrier.
Order Coordination Requirement
For pickup and delivery orders, customers must provide accurate contact information and respond to scheduling communications.
If we are unable to reach you to schedule pickup or delivery, your order may be delayed.
